I have sent both emails and text inquiring about a car listed on cars.com. In both cases I got a "thank you for your query" reply, with a promise to get back to me. That was several days ago. I tried several times to call, got through once, could barely hear the person at the other end, then got disconnected. Perhaps they expect one to show up in person, but then what's the point of internet-base sales?
