Great place to purchase a car. My son found a car online that he was looking for. It was his first car. He did online credit app and got approved instantly and with reasonable down payment. It was quick and easy, no hassle no pressure. Shan finance guy did a great job too, explained everything, finance, and warranty. We spent less than an hour getting a great car at a great price with terrific financing.

I simply do not understand why Caspian Auto Motors even has a website. Between my wife and I, we contacted them approximately 6 times through their website in regard to a specific vehicle. "IKE" responded once and suggested a test drive. We responded to that message and never heard back from him. Two days later.... we started over and inquired a 2nd time on their website. Again... They have yet to respond to us. The only reason we were this persistent was because they had specifically what we were looking for and it was listed at an attractive price. Considering that the dealership was just over 100 miles away... We didn't want to drive that far to only be disappointed when we arrived. In closing... this MAY possibly be a good dealership if you go to the lot and have interaction with an employee. However.... If you have a website and encourage consumers to inquire, Then you should have the courtesy to respond to them.

I had the best experience with Caspian. I walked in with doubt just knowing I was going to be asked for a co-signer or put a lot of down payment, cause I don't have good credit.
