Came in for a free oil change, ended up paying over $800 to change a bunch of needless fluids. Two days after the oil change the plug for my oil pan become dislodged disabling my vehicle and spraying oil everywhere. Unbelievably bad experience. If I didn't have a warranty with them I'd never use their service.

Great experience, no pushy salespeople, no added fees or mandatory additional ons, everyone friendly and very open to questions. Quickly gave the answers, and never said oh I can't do that. Process went smoothly and I got the truck I've been looking for, at a price I could afford.

Justin Rowan was great to work with. I told him where I needed to be on the vehicle. He got me the price I wanted. It was a great experience overall.

Cochran staff are great & understand me & my Jeep, Larry, best. It's possible to understand a complex vehicle, but owners are tough. They personalize possessions & embue them with character they decline if asked. I appreciate the tender, compassion for Larry's unique style.

I was told my wait time for service would be 45 minutes. It was only 25 minutes, my repair was made, my tire pressure was checked, and my truck was washed as well! I don't remember the last time I had such efficient service anywhere! Absolutely commendable!!!
