Can't be beat

my experience with Cochran this time was just like all the other times. Professional attitude and very friendly. The wait time was totally acceptable. I would recommend them.

Allegheny Valley Service Department , 5/5 stars

I had an electronic issue with my jeep and spoke with Charlie Dillon the service manager about it. Charlie was able to quickly identify the issue, and recommend a solution. I truly appreciate Charlie's professionalism and friendly service when addressing my issue. This is a 5 star rating for Charlie and the Service Depart. I highly recommend this dealership for all of your automobile needs. Keep up the great work !

May 2023 service work

I arrived for my scheduled appointment a few minutes early. I was first greeted by one of the service workers and he instructed me that the service representative (Chris) would be right back. As soon as Chris arrived back to his desk we went over the reason I was there. He stated I was dropping off. I stated that no, I was waiting. He mentioned that I put in my online service request that I put in dropping off. However, once Chris knew I was waiting, he made arrangements to get my vehicle in and out. My total time waiting was probably a little more than 60 minutes. I had a small list of various questions and Chris was on top of all the answers. There is something new that they are providing and that is a video of the service technician’s work they do as they are working on your vehicle. I was very impressed with this additional service. Regarding the waiting area. The waiting area and restrooms are very clean. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate is provided free of charge. Every employee that walked by me was courteous and all said hello. I even took a little walk around the showroom and outside being it was a beautiful day. Talked to a couple sales reps including the sales rep (Terry Wesson) that I bought my vehicle from 3 years ago. Once I told him my name he even remembered the color and vehicle I purchased. Great memory. Over the years, I have purchased numerous vehicles from various Cochran locations along with from other dealerships. I will always go back to Cochran. Never had the experience that I get from a Cochran dealership.

What A Car

Bought a car on a Monday night after seeing it on the internet. Saturday afternoon the check engine lite comes on. Call Monday morning and it is now all good! Great to do business with and good people. Will be going back! Thanks Cochran

Fantastic Service - Sales and Service Department

Took my EcoSport for service and couldn't be happier. Brian and Bob were great to work with and able to get back to me in a fast manner to keep me up-to-date on the repairs. I have purchased 2 cars from Cochran Ford and in the process of purchasing a 3rd. I would recommend Cochran Ford for both sales and their service department.

GO ELSEWHERE.....!!!

Took truck up to have a dent removed that a Cochran mechanic put in my fender from leaving one of his tools jammed in between the hood and the fender after they did an oil change.. After I picked truck up, I now noticed 3 dents in the top side of the fender. I called and emailed Chris and Charlie who is the service manager and its been a week so far and they still didn't reach back out to me to handle the problem that they caused... We have bought several cars and trucks from Cochran and was always treated well up until this fiasco happened and to make the matter worse, the service Manager Charlie will not even call or email me back. He is not much of a service manager and should be replaced.! UPDATE.... 4 months later and I still have not received a call from Cochran regarding my concerns....!!

Best Jeep Dealer

I ordered my Jeep from #1 Cochran in 2017 and was more than pleased with the process. Everyone I dealt with was both knowledgeable and professional. I was very surprised and happy with the trade-in value which was offered that no other dealership even came close to offering. I have had no problems with my Jeep, other than basic maintenance. The employees in the service department have been nothing but helpful every time I have gone in for service. I would most definitely recommend #1 Cochran in Natrona Heights for anyone interested in purchasing a Jeep.

AWESOME SERVICE

I recently had two recalls on my 2022 Ram 1500 so in making a appointment for them I decided to also have #1 Cochran to do my first oil change and service job along with my State Inspection as it was due in June. Let me share with you the absolute very best experience I had the ease and comfort they made this was incredible treated me with extreme kindness and professionalism from start to finish including the waiting area (well done and very clean) when job was completed they even had a rep come and explain everything that was done and that all was well. I certainly will recommend #1 Cochran for all services needed I give them 5 Stars hands down Frank Riley
