Communications?
I brought my vehicle in to the body shop on November 14 for repair.I ran over a dead deer at night. Little visible damage. Initial estimate was $367. Final ended at $4000. I understand how the initial estimate can go up once things are looked at . My issue is that I was never informed of the status of my vehicle for nearly one month. I made several calls leaving messages to return my call but to no avail . I did get through to a human on a couple of attempts and was told they would get back to me as work completion date was unknown. Finally, on 12/14 I was able to pick up my car. I was told that the engine cradle had to be replaced among other things. So far except for the long wait,I was happy to get my car back. It was cleaned and the painting that was done appears excellent. I drive home that day and opened my trunk to remove something when I was shocked to discover that the body shop had placed the damaged engine cradle in my trunk! Why was that done? What am I supposed to do with a damaged piece of car frame in my trunk . Now, I have to make another trip back to this dealership. Not happy at all! Terrible communications during the entire process! Beware!

Zero pressure during the negotiation process and the time my wife and I spent at the dealership completing our purchase was minimal. They definitely treated us like our time was valuable! Our salesman called the next day to check that we didn’t have any additional questions or issues. Overall, one of the best experiences we have had buying a new car.

What a Surprise!
I walked up to the Service Desk to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation...fully expecting to be booked a couple weeks out...Wala!!! Before I knew it I was sitting in the customer lounge waiting for my Gladiator to be finished...amazing. To make it even better the truck is almost two years old and I haven't had to pay anything out of pocket yet! (Service was included in the sale price) Good Service, Good Place...Good people!

Return To Cochran After 46 Years!
Bought my FIRST new car at the old Cochran Pontiac in Monroeville, PA back in 1976. It left a bad taste in my mouth at the time with all that occurred. In my case it was high pressure and lasted 6-8 hours as I recall! Then driving it home after dark and finding a crack in the bumper the next morning NOT caused by me was even more grief. Cochran offered to 'fix" it at no charge, but I thought I deserved a new bumper on a NEW car with now less than 40 miles on it. Wasn't happening, so I reluctantly let them fix it, Never was happy with the repair and NEVER went back for 46 years! My how things have changed... From start to finish I was treated with respect from the entire staff at Cochran Jeep in Natrona Heights. Starting with Internet Sales and Bryan Lichius. Bryan was great with returning my emails and assuring me the car was actually ON THE LOT. So many other dealers scam you to get you there and then not have the vehicle. Not these guys! Went to the dealership on Labor Day and met Salesperson Joshua Broehm. What a respectful young man. Seeing my wife and I both wearing masks due to my medical issues and the Covid problem, he immediately went and got one of his own and wore it throughout the process. Can't tell you enough how such a small gesture meant to us. Politics aside, there are still plenty of us that have reasons for being extra protective. Thanks Josh, I believe you're going to have a great lifelong career if you continue to respect and value your customer as you have definitely shown by your actions. The ENTIRE negotiating process was quick and painless. Totally unlike 46 years ago,when I'd rather taken "a stick in the eye" than another minute of haggling. Sales Manager Nick Miller got involved next when I wasn't happy with my trade offer. We had a pleasant conversation back and forth and the numbers were arranged more to my liking. I STILL wanted time to think it over as we all would like more for our trade and I don't typically make quick decisions. Nick did his best to sell me the car, but also respected my decision to think it over There was NO FUNNY BUSINESS on Cochran's end. None of the hold your keys, license, or owners card to keep you there for more pressure to buy. THIS IS THE WAY MOST OF US WANT TO BUY A CAR! Nick and Josh did not do this and is one of the MAIN reasons I bought at Cochran Jeep. It should be noted that I have two Jeep dealers MUCH closer to me within 6-12 miles of my home near Blairsville PA. Past experiences there, had left me not to even consider them for this car purchase. Guess you can say I do hold a grudge at times :). I went over the numbers and contacted Nick and Josh the next day, that I was ready to purchase the Jeep Cherokee. I had wanted some splash guards installed before picking it up. Despite not being in stock, Josh was able to get this accomplished. Even having the shop get them on in time. Now came the problems ON MY END.... Got the check from my Credit Union and we went to pick up our new Jeep. Marcus was great in Financing and was rushing to get us out in a timely manner, when he discovered my drivers license had expired by one day! TOTALLY MY FAULT...life gets in the way some times. So everyone on Cochran's end had done a great job and the delay was now MY FAULT! Went next day and got the license renewed. Back to Cochran Jeep and got our new Cherokee. Thanks to all the staff for my mistake and understanding. I truly hope that upper management appreciates the quality of hardworking people they have working for them. I've even contacted Josh AFTER the sale for some help with the radio and he responded almost immediately! This kind of service is what brings people back! Cochran's "NEW" way of buying a car is a hit with me. Josh and Nick will be selling cars for a long time with their excellent customer service skills. Acknowledge their efforts and continue with this type of buying experience! I won't or can't wait ANOTHER 46 YEARS! :)

I recently purchased a car at Cochran and was really impressed by the friendliness of the staff and how knowledgeable they were about the vehicles I was looking at. I picked a 2012 Chevy Cruze and am so happy with my purchase, the car is exactly as they described it, it runs great and was clean inside and out when I picked it up. My sales associate James was extremely helpful and made the process as a first time car owner painless. I definitely recommend Cochran to anyone looking to purchase a car especially first timers like myself.

Friendly staff
I went in for annual inspection and was greeted quickly and the staff was very friendly. The shuttle driver was out on an errand, so unfortunately I had to wait for my car instead of heading to work, but they worked quickly and had it ready in 1.5 hours. I planned on working remotely while waiting, but the WiFi is very spotty and should be upgraded. Otherwise, fast and friendly experience, as always!
