#1 Cochran Rocks!

Had extenuating circumstances with my truck on the day I was to trade it in but the staff at #1 Cochran CDJR didn’t back off and stepped up and gave me a great deal and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend #1 Cochran, have bought several cars from them over the years and always a great experience. I shop no where else!

Easy and comfortable

Buying a car was easy and comfortable. No hidden agendas or fees. Very accommodating and understanding. I did not feel pressured and the process was easy.

MUCH better experience this time!!!

February has been a rough month for me. I ended up with a second flat about two weeks after the first, and the treatment I received from the service center was MUCH better this time around. I dealt with Darryl, and he was kind, courteous, and called me daily to give me an update as to where the repairs on my car stood. I feel much better coming back here. Thank you, Darryl!

#1Cochran, Natrona Heights

I was able to get an appointment for service within 24 hours of calling. I was notified of needed repairs and costs throughout the day. My car work was completed as promised. Amanda, service desk, was friendly and provided details of work completed. The required paperwork was done before I arrived to pick up my car which made the entire process smooth. I will be back for any further needs.

Great experience!

I had a great experience with Justin. He was very busy the day I went in but didn’t forget about me he gave me the space to make the decision to close the deal. I am very happy with the truck and the experience that I had there. I have already shared my experience there with friends and family and they are planning to go there. The only thing that I wish could have been done differently is on a loan to protect the vehicle good rubber mats should be provided in order to keep the interior in good shape during the term of your lease. Otherwise I am very happy and definitely would recommend #1 Cochran to friends and family.

Best place to buy new car

This is my 6 car from Cochran never any problems this is my 3rd car sold to me by kurt meixner probably best salesman we ever dealt with service department great but only time we had to use service is oil changes thats a good thing thumbs up to Cochran thanks

I would give this zero stars if I could

All my car needed was a new tire. Laurel informed me on Friday that it would be done on Saturday and someone would be in touch. Saturday arrived, but no one called me. No one returned by 6 calls either. Each call was long before closing time too. Since I couldn’t be without my car for work, i passed by on Sunday with my husband to see if my car was outside. It was, so we took it home with our spare set of keys (tire was 100% covered by EasyCare). As I was driving to the dealer to pick up my keys first thing Monday morning before work, laurel calls me to tell me that my car is done and ready for pick up!!!! I get there, and she tries informing me that she received my message and tried calling at 1:45. I called her out for lying since I didn’t call for the first time until 2:23. Even then, why weren’t the other calls not returned? She couldn’t give me an answer. I left a message for the service manager requesting a call back to file a complaint.
