service as usual was excellent. staff was up to date with my vehicle. their professional attitude and knowledge make the wait easy. have been a cochran customer for thirty years, before it was a ford the gm staff in monroeville performed just as good. highly recommend them. we also have a kona bought ay yje monroeville location . when needed i assume the service will just as i had at the other facilities

When I arrived at Cochran I was taken care of right away. My wants/concerns were heard and I found the right vehicle for me. I was able to trade in my current vehicle and purchase a new one in a quick process. I will return to Cochran for all future vehicle purchases!!

I must say this was the best experience ever. Justin Taylor is highly recommended. He is thorough, thoughtful and attentive. He is good at what he does. They were able to fit me in the truck I've always wanted with all the features as well. Buying a vehicle is a big deal so you will definitely want someone or company that "gets it" Cochran CJDR gets it. Great experience. I would highly recommend and will be back there again when needed, as long as Justin Taylor is there!!! Anthony from the management/finance department is also very thorough. I noticed he goes above and beyond to make sure the signing goes as smooth as possible. He was well prepared and answered all questions. Took initiative on certain things that really made my experience worth while.

I started looking at RAM trucks around October. I visited multiple dealerships and perused the internet non stop trying to find the right vehicle. I have been a Ford owner since I started driving and my entire family are Ford owners. I made regular stops to #1 Cochran and worked with Kurt. Through multiple discussions I was “sold” on the All New RAM 1500. Most recently the time came that I had to move forward. I again visited #1 Cochran and Kurt. It came down to 2 different RAM trucks and finally made the choice. Kurt worked with me non stop throughout the process to be sure I got the right deal. The deal was done and I finally drove away with my brand new RAM. Great work all around from the dealership and Kurt. I’m happy I made the switch from Ford to RAM.

We came looking to trade in my vehicle for a more family oriented and larger vehicle. Judd was incredibly helpful and a wealth of knowledge. He made our experience personable. I was undecided between two SUVs and went with the larger one. After driving it for a day, I decided to go with the other one and he was so helpful and nonjudgemental with getting it switched.
