Leased a RAM 1500

I had an expiring lease that I needed to find a replacement for. Nick Miller worked with me to find the best possible deal. Very happy with my new truck and how I was treated.

Best experience ever

What a great experience

I defensively walked into buy a used truck because I expected what had happened at other places . Enter salesperson James Wilson . More than courteous , answered all my questions thoroughly . I returned a few days later to pick up what I had purchased and again , James was more then helpful . I was introduced to his boss . Same great work attitude .Did my loan paperwork after a reasonable small wait and ( I can't remember his name) ,was professional and well versed at his job . I was more than pleased with the work ethic of all the people I encountered. There was no pressures , no haggling prices , and no confusion that's normally involved with buying a vehicle. Everything was explained thoroughly to me and all my questions were answered. I will definitely purchase additional vehicles here .

Service and Inspection

I took my Dodge Ram in for an inspection and oil change. During inspection they found a couple things that were close to being issues. After explaining the options and giving very clear and reasonable pricing. I elected to have the repairs done. They were timely, efficient and very friendly. Will continue to take my truck there for all repairs.

Taylor's service was awesome!

Taylor went out of his way to facilitate the purchase of my new vehicle. He made sure that I got the exact vehicle I wanted and made sure that it was financed in a way that fit my budget perfectly. He is not pushy at all and gave me time to make my ultimate decision. He even drove to a different store location to ensure that I got the vehicle I wanted. I am extremely happy with the customer service I received and would recommend Taylor to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Don’t believe a word they say!

I was working with them on a truck to surprise my husband for our anniversary, they said they would bring the truck down from another site, I set an appt and that day they emailed me to say they are gonna move it for me a few hours later, they emailed and said they sold it from the other location. We stopped at the Robinson location and the sales rep said it sold at their location the night before. And that the other guy lied to get us to come in.

Treated much better here then the Butler location

Disliked how I was treated from the Butler location when the used vehicle bought on Monday May 7th was found to have a cracked oil pan and some dry rotted hoses. But the Natrona location stepped up and made sure everything was fixed. So nothing bad to say about the Natrona location. They did a great job.

Great Service

Oil change/tire rotation on my 2017 Escape was fast. Roof channel strip was loose (2nd time!) and they are ordering a new one rather than trying to repair this one.
