The Best Experience Ever When Buying and Service

Have been a customer since 2013 and there is no doubt why Cochran is #1. The Service Dept. (Kevin) top notch. I never felt so calm about spending my hard earned money when needed because I know the job is done right.

Just a free state inspection...

As usual, superior & swift service with kindness & cheer extra. Best auto care experiences I've enjoyed in 71 years. I get good service & advice on things related to driving security & enjoyment. I really like getting candid, honest wisdom especially. #1Cochran Jeep folks have saved me hundreds by giving good insight to this guy, who likes to tinker with aftermarket jeep stuff. Second only to my brother-in-law, & often confirmed by him.

Really good experience.

I have purchased thirteen (13) vehicles from Cochran and have all my family vehicles serviced there. The staff is excellent in all departments and the service is always timely and we'll done.

2013 JKUS "Larry" (Lizard Leader) is very happy.

Larry loves #1 Cochran, from sale on, as recommended by his senior fellow, Bob the Burro. Both Jeeps are delighted with the thorough & patient care offered by the Cochran team of Jeep therapists. This trip Larry only wanted his oil changed, but they checked his tires, fluids & other things. Attention makes him feel loved almost as much as mud. Maybe next time I'll drive him through some mud before taking him for a check up. Cochran's folks probably wouldn't mind. They're the greatest.

Service Appointment

Always, always the best in customer service and excellent repair for ALL I need to maintain my vehicle. My go to folks for my car parts and repair. I do appreciate the ride home and ride back while my car was being repaired during our latest snow storm. I do appreciate how the entire team treats me like part of their family for all I need! I found a description of a vehicle I was interested in. I contacted the dealership because there were no pictures available. I was informed that they employ a company to take the pictures and that it would take a few days for the pictures to be posted. I spoke with two different individuals asking what color blue the car was. If it was the right blue, I would have driven to the dealership to look at it, I never received an answer. I would suggest that the dealership wait to put ads on the internet OR when a potential buyer calls wanting information, a salesperson shows some interest in selling the vehicle. I did purchase a vehicle at another dealership.

Amazing help trying to find the ram I wanted

I wanted a particular Ram with certain options and Jim Raub helped me for two days emailing back and forth trying to locate the exact ram I wanted. He spend hours trying to help me. His price was also the lowest for a lease around. I just happened to randomly walk in since I was near a customer and had extra time before I had to get back to work. This was my first time meeting Jim, I will buy from him from now on. I just had to put a review because of how he went out of his way to help me and he never met me before.

VEHICLE INSPECTION

I get my Cochran Subaru inspected every year at Cochran Ford. The staff is very customer oriented and it is a pleasure to deal with them.
