We had our vehicle in for a recall and some other service was needed.... Darrell explained to me what needed done, the time frame it would take and even shuttled me home so they could get the repairs done for us asap. I scheduled an appointment online bit did not receive an email reminder. I called the service department the day that I thought I had an appointment , when it opened to find out that I was not scheduled. Darrrell asked me when I could come in and got my inspection and emissions done right away. Darrelll is a rock star!

Oh my gosh. Taylor Brown is the best car salesman ever. Our good friend recommended Taylor Brown to us. Our friend and his wife in July had purchased an Awesome Purple Jeep for their daughter from Taylor Brown. They had highly recommended Taylor Brown to us. First of all I wanted to test drive a Jeep Wrangler. It was a good ride but I also wanted to test drive a Jeep Compass. Thirdly I wanted to test drive a Jeep Cherokee Limited. It was perfect. I love my heated leather seats and everything about my Jeep Cherokee Limited! So happy to have met Taylor Brown.

I bought a 2013 JKU Wrangler from Cochran 2 years ago & have been playing w/it ever since. No lift, big tires, just offset wheels to widen the wheelbase. Named Larry, my Jeep is decorated in memory of a beloved D.I. who yelled; "Get down boys, like little lizards...down on the ground"! Added 2 sets of KC lights, a large guard bar set, & recently, a set of 2 inch driving lights...all installed by Cochran folks. I'm too old, stiff & dangerously incompetent for these installs. So, I turn to Cochran's guys to get it all right. They have, I'm happy & I can drive happy, safe and confident my stuff will work well. I'm 70, & my wife, who's 71, likes to ride in Larry anywhere. She has Alzheimer's & loves Larry as much as I do. It's worth the cost to enjoy such a great toy/tool in golden years. Thanks #1 Cochran Jeep, Natrona Heights, PA.

Had to look for someone to help me. After I found a sales person he was very helpful and friendly.

Scheduled online and everything went great. Got oil changed and tires rotated in a timely manner.
