Love the car

Jordan was excellent salesperson. Very friendly, worked to get us a good deal within our price range. Highly recommend him. He made sure I was happy with my purchase.

Inspection, oil change, tire rotation

Cochran Ford was able to perform normal service on my 2016 Subaru which I purchased from Cochran Monroeville. They are much closer and very convenient for me. The staff was very efficient and the service was excellent, a very pleasant experience. They made it totally painless and I will continue to deal with them when my Subaru needs normal maintenance. Thank you very much!

Pretty Good

I purchased a '14 F-150 that I researched prior to going to the dealership. Salesman, Craig Boyko, was polite, non-pressuring, and well informed about the F150. Best of all, Craig was very efficient at getting me through the purchasing process and onto the loan officer. Since the purchase, I had a few questions and a minor issue with the USB port. Craig responded quickly to my call, promptly answered my questions, and set up a time to have my USB looked at. I am very pleased with my truck and the treatment at this dealership.

Amazing experience !!!!!!!

I had the most amazing experience with the team at Cochran Ford in Natrona Heights, Pa. Our sales team Taylor Brown and Brett were outstanding. The made this experience not only stress free but fun as well. We truly enjoyed are time working with them. We applied for a loan on December 21, 2016 and by that evening they had us approved for our new 2016 Jeep Patriot. Taylor looked for the color we wished to have it in and went above and beyond are expectation when he had a beautiful black sport addition delivered on Monday December 26, 2016. During the holiday time I was hoping to visit my daughter in WV and the car I currently owned was not safe enough to drive that distance, and Taylor and Brett contacted me to inform me there was a loaner car waiting for me at the dealership. Not only did they sell me the most beautiful Jeep but they helped to deliver my family safely to WV so we could be together for Christmas.I could never thank them enough for all they did for me. A true Christmas miracle!!!!!!

Oil Change

I had my oil changed and the mechanic did a Mult-Point Inspection. He added Power Steering fluid at no extra charge. Fortunately, he found a leak in the transmission cooler line. I travel with my Grandson to hockey tournaments at Toronto, Boston, Detroit, Philadelphia, etc. and can only imagine what would have happened if the line had broken on one of these trips! A special "Thank You" to Darrell, who found the leak.

They were amazing

I bought my 2016 Dodge Journey from them and they were absolutely amazing. Brett was my finance guy and he got me into a car immediately and Taylor was a great salesman I am forever greatful for them and will be recommending people to come there!

Great buying experience

I just purchased a 2016 Ford F-150 truck. My buying experience was the best ever. There were over 60 trucks on the lot along with another 8 that was on order at the factory. Crystal and Eric were very helpful in getting the truck that we wanted at a very good price. Negotiating a deal amounted to a 10 minute discussion. After the truck arrived we signed papers the next day and everything was as we discussed. Actually the finance rate was slightly better then the 2% rate we discussed. I would definetly recommend #1 Cochran , Allegheny Valley if you are looking for a new vehicle.

Do not try to go throught their banks for credit.

Craig a sales rep., informed me he would be able to get me a loan on a car. Hence I completed the application online. I was denied approval from First National Bank, even though my credit score was 728. My credit was pulled and I have no vehicle.
