Second car, same experience

Nick really helped me out when I was looking to downsize from the Ram he sold me 4 years ago. He helped me get the best price I could for my truck and he reached out to the other divisions of Cochran in order to get the exact car that I wanted. He definitely cemented himself as my go to person for getting a vehicle. Couldn't ask for anything more.

great Service

Traveled three hours with the intention of purchasing a truck. Worked with Craig Boley throughout the day and by the time we got to the dealership the deal was pretty much done. Fantastic customer service!

Larry's recent adventure

Larry, my 2013 JK Sport, recently presented his "service engine soon" light and I felt his angst. We visited Cochran service immediately and learned his oil pump was malfunctioning. After a couple problem-free days, Larry surrendered to Daryl, Chris and one of their expert team of technicians. The surgery was difficult; broken bolts, iffy gaskets and some bledding (of oil). But, not only did they fix the pump; they also fixed Larry's sinking driver's seat and washed him to a shine. All this was under warranty. Wow! I'm glad I bought the life time warranty, too, 'cause I know the vital parts of Larry will likely out last me.

Variable issue fixed with confidence

This was my first time using the warranty service I was having an issue with the transmission shifting at the wrong times. I called service department they asked me when and how I wanted to bring it in (including later that day). I took it down was asked to take the technician for a ride so he can diagnose it while discussing the issue first hand with me. The tech listened to what I said, informed me the ECM needed re-flashed to fix the transmission shift timing. Total time between walking in the service area and driving back home 45 minutes. This was the only hiccup this truck has had since I bought it. I bought this 2016 Ram 2500 in June of 2016. Buying experience was spectacular. Nick Miller was my salesman. I was a rough customer because I was firm on my required options list. Nick prevailed by finding my truck and having it brought in from a competitor at a price less than the other dealer was asking! Definitely coming back when I'm ready to buy another.

Larry's return visit

Following the previous visit concerning the "service engine soon" light, leading to inspection, event; we returned for another blast from the troubled trouble light. I call it the the "spend money soon" light. Result; it's an oil pump and the warranty will cover it. Repair is scheduled for next week and Larry's running fine even though moderately disabled. I'm especially pleased with the assurance and diagnostic excellence....so's Larry. By the way; it's between snow/ice season and mud/grunge season. Larry'd really like a wash, wax and detail job...hint, hint.

Lot was torn up for improvement. That was the only really annoying part of my visit. Terry Brubaker was my salesperson. This is the 2nd time I purchased from him. Honest, straight forward and easy going. No high pressure tactics. Does all he can to make the buying experience a productive one.

Transmission issues on 2014 JKU

I have used Cochran Jeep Natrona Heights to service my last 2 Jeep vehicles and they are second to none. Any issue that I ever have they are always friendly and listen to my concerns without brushing me off. Never had an issue with extra repairs or gotcha fees. Truly a 5 star dealership. This visit was to repair my transmission. We both new that this would not be a same day or overnight repair. Without question, they had a loaner vehicle waiting for me to use while they did the repairs.

inspection

I only got my 2013 Ford 150 truck inspected but after it was done Kevin explained everything to me on what it would need in the future and a estimate on make it would cost. Also I met a new friend at the dealership in Tom Flick which we talked on different subjects for about one hour. He wanted to know if was anything he could help me with my truck . Overall it was great experience today.

Happy Jeep People

My wife and I enjoy our used 2013 JK from Cochran. We're 70 years old and enjoy a little fun. No, not rock crawling, but a bit of snow, mud and rough trails now and then. Cochran's service team see to it that "Larry" (our Jeeps new name) runs well all the time. A few days ago I went to them for an engine check light. They fixed the problem and did a PA state inspection, all without an appointment. Such is Cochran's excellent care for Larry and ourselves. See for yourself, please.
