Phil Meyer worked with Vicky and me when we purchased a used 2015 Subaru Forester on 12/23/21. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Phil was very helpful as we made our decision to buy and was not forceful nor intimidating. Also, he made a follow-up call to check on us a few days after the sale. That was a nice touch. Sales people xxxxxxxx you pass on them.

These people just want to rip as much money out of your hands as possible and the sales force is full of a bunch of Liars and cheats. They are a trash dealer. Take a pass on doing business with these crooks.

New Audi S6 purchase

Ken and Chris were awesome! Honest about our options and very helpful, the team stayed late to finalize our purchase including Brian giving the car battery some love and thorough inspection.

Super easy. No haggling. Super friendly!!

I love this place. I have purchased quite a few vehicles from Ed Carroll’s my whole family plus my parents and sister have all purchased Audi’s from here. Being a business owner I appreciate how they go that extra mile to assure we are happy and satisfied. This last vehicle purchase was for my youngest son his first new car. They took special care of him knowing that they will have a customer for a lot of years to come. Thank you to the wonderful crew an Ed Carroll’s.

Great First Car Purchase Experience

The dealership was very accommodating and friendly in terms of service. I walked in there knowing what I wanted and they helped better solidify my choice. When it came to the sale of the actually vehicle, they assisted with the paperwork process since I wasn’t very knowledgeable about buying a car. This was extremely helpful.

Always going above and beyond & best communication

We've experienced only great personalized service over the last 5 years. Ryan and his techs have been great at every appointment. Ed Carroll service dept. definitely will keep me in a Porsche or Audi product when it is time to purchase again.

First Class Service and Deals!

It turns out, buying a car from a dealership can be a PLEASURE. Christian Vernaza and the other staff members were extremely (and authentically) friendly, thoughtful, and accommodating. Not once did I feel rushed, pressured, or neglected. Instead, I was pleased to be given plenty of time and attention for the two different vehicles I test-drove, and to be ASKED how I wanted to proceed. They truly demonstrate their family-owned-and-operated commitment to serving the customer. The excellent warranty further proves this. In a world that is becoming less personable all the time, Christian and the Ed Carrol Motor Company were refreshing. After shopping at several other dealerships and looking online, I saw that the Ed Carroll Motor Co. had a lower price than other dealerships for the vehicles I was looking at. I am supremely glad I decided it was worth the trip from Longmont to Fort Collins to check out this dealership. After leaving an initial message inquiring about a good time, I was promptly contacted by Christian Vernaza. We arranged a time that same day (at my convenience). Upon arrival (I had come early), I was greeted by friendly staff members and offered a beverage. I browsed around a little, and then was greeted in person by Christian. He had already pulled the cars I was looking at to the front, and seemed very knowledgeable when answering my questions. He offered test drives, and both the 2017 Tiguan and 2018 Golf Sportwagen were very nice. After finishing the test drives, Christian asked me how I wanted to proceed instead of immediately assuming we would talk numbers like the other dealerships. I did decided to sit down and see their offers, which were far better than the other dealerships I had been to. I'm sure it helped to expedite the paperwork process that I came with a pre-approval from my bank, but the paperwork went quickly and smoothly. They were forthcoming and honest about details of the contract, and always asked if I understood or had any questions as they explained. It is understandable why people typically dread buying cars from dealerships, but the Ed Carrol Motor Company and its staff prove the experience can be positive and even pleasant. I would highly recommend this dealership, and Christian for your car buying experience. Jeremy

Excellent experience

Although I live near Seattle, the nearest Audi Allroad I was able to find with the color and options package I wanted was in Fort Collins, so the negotiating was all done sight unseen and by telephone. After flying in to pick up the car the actual purchase and paperwork were quick and easy, and the car was exactly what I had hoped. Needless to say, the 1350 mile drive home was a delight. The dealership was great. They spent quite a while showing me what I needed to know about the operation of the car, including getting my phone synched with it. Good experience, and I recommend them highly.

Best purchase ever

Andrew was by far the best sales person I've ever worked with. He made the entire process individualized and was a real person rather than just trying to sell me something.
