Absolutely fantastic sales experience! Christian was low pressure, upfront about what he could and couldn't offer us. Most importantly, he listened to what we wanted, answered our questions about the car, and found us an exact match at a different dealership. Other dealers may have pushed for us to buy something from their inventory, but we never felt any pressure to buy off the lot, and he had our perfect match delivered two days later. When looking on line for a "slightly used" Tiguan, I reached out to Ed Carroll Motor Co. and Andrew responded. Not only was he super nice, but very knowledgeable and helpful. He did a great job describing the car's features, and really sold me. Then, because my husband was recovering from foot surgery and not able to drive, he came and picked us up at our house and took us to the dealership to complete the sale, so we wouldn't have a car in limbo. He also did a great job giving us the pros and cons of the environmental protection products VW offered, so we felt good about making that choice too.
