I purchased a vehicle from Transitowne Kia West Seneca in

I purchased a vehicle from Transitowne Kia West Seneca in December of last year. I was given a J.D. Power “Trade In/Loan/Retail Breakdown” from the Finance Manager, Matt Ramsdell, that listed my vehicle as a 2021 Kia Sorento Utility 4D SX Prestige X Line AWD. When in fact, I own an SX, not the Prestige. Even though Ramsdell’s name is displayed on my incorrect paperwork, the used car manager Michael Tarnacki stated that mistake was “irrelevant”. When I informed Tarnacki that incorrect paperwork given to customers could cause them to make decisions based on false pretenses, he told me the customers have a responsibility to do their own research. So all of the Trade In, Loan, and Retail figures I was given were incorrect by several thousand dollars. Tarnacki took no accountability and stated because it was a year ago it didn’t matter anymore. I was interrupted numerous times while attempting to explain my problem. His customer service was deplorable and I will never purchase from Transitowne Kia again. If you do purchase from this dealership, check every document throughly for accuracy before purchase. If not, you will be told, any inaccuracies or incorrect figures/charges are your problem.

My engine light was intermittently plus I needed an oil

My engine light was intermittently plus I needed an oil change and decide to call and see if Transitown Kia would be able to have a look at it on a Saturday afternoon.. Within a half hour I was there and they were on it !!!! Not only did they do the oil change but remedied the engine lite mystery and reset the computer!! They are always wonderful to me !!
