***CAR BUYERS & LEASERS BEWARE*** Strongly suggest potential buyers do your homework and at least read through these reviews before doing business here as many others have had a similar experience to what I just went through. My NEW 2023 Sorrento just had to have its transmission replaced which is xx. It pretty much died on me while driving and I was left stranded in need of a tow, not ideal for a relatively new vehicle. Making matters worst it took almost 2 weeks for the dealership to diagnose the problem, with very little communication and no urgency to get me into a loaner or rental - so I was SOL with no vehicle or compensation, despite numerous requests. I escalated to Kia Customer care who told me to pay for a rental out of pocket and they would “consider partial reimbursement”, lol. Why should I have to pay for a rental (on top of my normal payment) and chance getting stuck for all or some of the bill for an issue that is no fault of mine??? RIDICULOUS. I even spoke to the GM who lied to me about putting me on a list for a rental “even though he shouldn’t until diagnosed and authorized”. I didn’t get a rental until days later and after the authorization from Kia so that conversation was a bunch of xx. BOTTOM LINE: expect poor communication, inconvenience and stress of having no car if the new vehicle you purchase from here has problems. Let’s just say this experience made my decision on where, or should I say where not, to purchase my next vehicle an easy one

This is my third car from Transitown Kia.

This is my third car from Transitown Kia. I’ve always had positive experiences with them. They go out of their way to explain everything and make sure you’re happy and make the decision that’s right for you. I would never go anywhere else!

Used car manager is an arrogant liar.

Used car manager is an arrogant liar. Sold me a used car with a "clean" accident free carfax. Noticed damage next day after sale,this shady dealer will not fix and said car was priced according to condition but never disclosed damage. The used car manager also lied and said a windshield repair was done when it clearly it wasn't as per my salesman and my own eyes. Shop somewhere else.

Service appointment

Found it hard to make an appointment for service. Final got someone on line and confirmed an appointment for a car that I never bought there and no longer had, funny the appointment did not come up for the car I bought there Spoke with Frank in service (asset to the service dept and pleasant to deal with) On a side note there was a training for sales the day of my appointment and when it broke up all the sales people came through the customer area without a word. Only 1 man greeted the customers with a hello that were seated in the service waiting area, shame on them.
