Parker White was my salesperson.

Parker White was my salesperson. Right away we hit it off. He was personable and friendly. More importantly, he asked me a few questions and quickly figured out what made me tick. He kept me informed about the vehicle I was interested in. When he found a great deal, I was the first phone call. The experience was smooth and stress free. Parker got me into my dream truck and I could not be happier. No buyer's remorse here. Parker delivered on everything that was promised and then some. Kendall GMC and Parker White have a customer for life!

I came for oil change very early.

I came for oil change very early. Nathan, graciously start the paper work and said sit till it is done. I asked how long does it take. He said about an hour and 15 minutes because no one of the employee was there at that time. 40 minutes later, Nathan came and called my name and said your car is ready! Wow, that was fast! Thank you, Nathan!

We where traveling from Missouri to Idaho when our car

We where traveling from Missouri to Idaho when our car had a trouble. We where 2 hours from Nampa. I called Kendall Auto Mall and talked to Nate Sanchez in the service department. I told Nate we where traveling from Missouri and our car has a problem. I also told Nate we needed to leave in 2 days for Missouri. Nate said bring it the car by and leave it at Kendall's so they can check it out. Later that day Nate called and said the throttle body was bad and they can order the part and install next day. I want to thank Kendall and Nate Sanchez for helping us in a short notice. Finally a dealership that puts people first.

The Kendall GMC dealership in Nampa is a very nice and pleasurable place to shop the people and staff are very nice and courteous and good to deal with buying a vehicle there is painless when you're dealing with Scott Larson

Loved Fernando in service.

Loved Fernando in service. would give him a 9 out of 10. A bit inconvenient that no one else in service is able to help though. seems like if a person/customer is not assigned to them. not there problem. Overall a good experience. One other thing though, I had accidently left a plastic sleeve that said florida on it with lottery tickets inside went missing. Or stolen.

This review is for the service center.

This review is for the service center. The Service center for GMC is not good. They've had my truck for almost 2 weeks now for a warranty issue and still not complete. Next week is Christmas so I'm not expecting they'll get it done before and I won't have it for another week. Plus, it took 2 weeks for them to get it in so I've not been able to drive my truck, bought new at Kendall, for a month now. Poor communication. Poor customer service. They say the "tech was sick" so I have to assume they only have one tech. Go elsewhere if you can. I've bought several cars there and I'm unlikely to buy another from them because of this.

I was nervous to buy/build my truck with an out of state

I was nervous to buy/build my truck with an out of state dealership I wasn’t familiar with, but your team stayed true to agreements and made the process easy! Ronnie was a great salesman and was awesome with communication! I’ll be recommending Kendall to friends and family!

Quality seems to be good on the repairs for the 4 wheel

Quality seems to be good on the repairs for the 4 wheel drive and transmission problem. Friendly service and quick turn around. Found it to be more expensive than using other mechanics and was not offered the military discount up front though i got it on previous maintenance. I asked after paying if they offered and they apologized and are currently working on the refund. If they were a little cheaper i would give 5 stars and i thought they could've taken me to my truck and go over in detail on what was performed. They are still working on refund after 2 weeks. We will see if they follow through.
