Our car was here for 1 whole day and they did nothing!

Our car was here for 1 whole day and they did nothing!! Finally the second day they put in a new thermostat which they had the previous day. Never going back.

I originally came in to test drive a Colorado, not

I originally came in to test drive a Colorado, not purchase. I was interested in certain features, and packages. However, after driving the truck I wasn't impressed. After the test drive, Parker said that what I was looking for, may fit with a Silverado, and he (seemingly at random) picked one off the lot to test drive. We drove the Silverado RST, and yes, that exact truck was the one that fit all my needs and was almost exactly what I was looking for, except for color. This tells me that Parker was actually listening to me. He didn't push me into anything, or even try to sway me one way or the other. I appreciate the no-hassle approach and the flexibility to shift focus from one truck to the next. Also, I greatly appreciate Parker letting me take the truck home to show the wife. Without her "approval," no deal would be possible. Parker even came to the house to meet the family, which is awesome. So, with my "boss's" approval, here we are. I have a new truck, and we will certainly think of Kendall as the place to go for all our vehicle needs in the future. Well worth the drive from Boise.
