Kendal GM for an Excellent Experience

I've purchased double digit's worth of vehicles from Kendall over the years. I appreciate the sales and service experience. The sales experience includes a consistent sales person whom I can text and who stays in touch with me. They've worked with me on pricing, financing and trade-ins, we seem to always work something out. The service experience includes a consistent service advisor who also stays in touch with me when my vehicle is in for service. Not much more you can ask for.

BEWARE - YOU WILL GET SCREWED!!!

BEWARE - DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO KENDALL SERVICE CENTER. THEY LIE AND SAY YOU NEED REPAIRS ON THINGS THAT DON'T NEED TO BE REPAIRED. CHARGE YOU FOR PARTS THAT WERE NOT REPLACED. YOU WILL HAVE MORE PROBLEMS THEY CREATE WITH YOUR VEHICLE THAN YOU HAD BEFORE YOU BROUGHT IT IN. AND WITH DARREL A TOXIC SERVICE MANAGER WHO IS RUDE AND SHOULD NOT BE IN A MANAGEMENT POSITION IF HE CARES LITTLE ABOUT QUALITY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THOSE HE MANAGES WILL FOLLOW THE SAME. THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
