I left my paperback in the backseat before they took my car for service. We called Kendall and asked for Kevin. He got my paperback from the backseat and tucked it safely in a drawer at his station where I could pick it up. I was at a very good part of the book. Thanks KEVIN!! We have dealt with Kevin before and have always had great service from him.

2023 Silverado RST Z71
We bought a new 2022 Yukon from Kendall in Dec 2021, and had a fantastic experience. They do not gouge or charge dealer markups, very easy and pleasant to work with. In April 2023, we bought our new Silverado RST Z71 Pickup from them, and had another great experience!

2016 Nissan Frontier
Check engine light turned on the 2nd day I took the vehicle off the lot. Took 2 weeks to set an appointment for a technician to look at it. Feel like we were put on the back burner.

Not what I had hoped for
Do your own research for what options are available. you can not! trust what is shown on the GMC website. I did not get what I had hoped for the Power assisted steps on my 2023 Denali it does not even mention it on the order website, and everyone I talked to said it it comes standard. Well it does now but not when I ordered it. and nothing was even offered to change it. So I am not impressed with the service me and my wife received.
