Undisclosed known problem!
I bought a 1 yr old Ford truck from a GMC dealership, a clean multi point inspection (clean per dealer) should have shown the problem because it was very obvious to the affiliated Ford dealership. Humm? Plus used car manager suggested I may have caused the problem during the 6 days, 110 miles I owned the vehicle.

Quick Easy purchase
Had a truck pending build at another dealer, was surfing the internet and came across this dealer. Looked on their site and the pricing here for their better trim trucks was cheaper than the one I was looking to build. Called dealer, talked with salesperson, did a deposit over phone. Showed up a couple days later. Took about 45 minutes total at dealer to be on our way. Great dealer to do business with in my opinion.

Out of State Buyer beware!
I purchased a new GMC Sierra 1500 from Kendall. My sales person Branden was great. He was very attentive and promptly responded to any questions I had. We arranged financing through our local credit union. I talked to Branden and the finance department. They had all my information. They gave me the total price including all tax, title and licensing. We arrived at the dealership with the checks in the amount they requested. The process to get everything signed took longer than expected but things happen. When I went to my local DMV to register the truck I was informed the check the dealership sent did not cover tax, title and license. I needed to pay an additional $410. I contacted the dealer and asked if they would be willing to refund me this unexpected cost only to be told curtly no. I emphasized that I asked and got multiple assurances that everything was covered and was still told they would not be doing anything to fix it.

This dealership is a no xxxxxxxxx dealership, little negotiating, gave me their best price first. Was a very quick experience, I arrived at 10am and was in my new car all said and done 1230pm. Make sure you ask for salesman Steve Jones, great guy, he is the one who helped me, answered all of my questions and seemed to be very knowledgeable on the vehicles on his lot.

Husband bought a truck with a sunroof and noticed it
Husband bought a truck with a sunroof and noticed it rattled. The saleman told him what it needed and said they could get him the piece. Anyway never heard from him despite husband calling a few times. Then it rained about 3 weeks after he got the truck and he found water inside with all windows closed. This is the first time we did not get a warranty. So sunroof fixed cost $4500 out of pocket and now the windshield seems to be leaking. He has had the truck less then 2 months. This truck was traded into this dealership by an employee who currently works there. There is NO reason the employee would not know that the truck leaks and was damaged but we were sold it anyway. NEVER buying a used vehicle from their dealership again. That is some shady sales. Would give 0 stars if could, I'm fuming.
