Service Department is excellent

Since we purchased our Toyota Avalon from Peterson Toyota, we've been using their service department. But we're convinced...they are the best. One person oversees the whole job, communicates with us personally, and follows up to make sure everything was completed as agreed upon. Their work has been excellent, and Toyota Care is a great financial deal.

Excellent Experience

Our salesman, Eric Muniz, was great to work with. He and Todd Prichard helped us as first time buyers find an option that worked for our budget and well exceeded our expectations. They took the time to educate us and answered our questions completely and honestly. The process was efficient and low pressure. The sales managers and all other staff were very friendly and treated us like family. We highly recommend Peterson Toyota Lexus Scion to anyone. Thanks guys!

Excellant service and salesman

I cannot say enough regarding my purchase of a 2015 Toyota Camry, my salesman was Brit Messmann and he treated us more like a friend coming in to purchase a vehicle, instead a of customer. I have dealt with this dealership for the last 2 years and everytime I go in I am treated with respect and everyone is very friendly. If you are planning on purchasing a vehicle ask for Brit and you won't be sorry.

Very friendly, Great Service

Everyone was very helpful. From the test drive to the paperwork, it was a great experience. The staff even offered to help me set up my bluetooth in my new car.

Great Experience

Recently bought a car and had repairs done on another car at the local Peterson dealer. I was dealt with in a very professional and cordial manner in both instances. I feel that when I step onto the lot I am getting fair and professional service.

2008 Camry Hybrid Owner

As an owner of a 2008 Camry Hybrid I was informed of a factory recall for my brake fluid reservoir. I was put on a waiting list and was pleased when I went in this week for regular service, they took the time to replace that part.
