Friendly service but beware of ants

Friendly customer service. The service rep even went out of his way to get an item I needed in parts for me. So appreciative of the help. Low facility rating is due to ants crawling all over the floor.

Exactly what we needed, and helpful team

Quick and easy experience. They had some of the only inventory in Utah for what we were looking for and the finance manager was great at finding an actually good deal do us, not just the standard rate or approach, which was awesome. Good experience overall and exactly what we needed.

Advisor Dan Hurtle and his team did a pretty crappy job....

Advisor Dan Hurtle and his team did a pretty crappy job. We took our toyota their from heber because we thought they were good but now our leaks luke a banshee, we will take our service elsewhere. They also lost the cap to the windshield wipers tank. Go somewhere else, not here.

High volume but well designed service

Volume of service customers is high so it can feel a little impersonal, but the people are down to earth and the service group doesn't skimp. Good experience.

Great Customer Service!!

Great service as always! Friendly staff and love the part where they video their work and able to watch it all through the service. I definitely will be back. Facilities are clean and the waiting area with free snacks and drinks.

Great service today. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The service technician was very good and detailed what was done to the car.

Not a good first impression

Scheduled a service over the phone and took about a week and a half to two weeks to be seen for an oil change/recall issue. I’ve never had to wait that long in my entire life and I’m in my 40’s. On the day of the appointment there was a long line of vehicles waiting to get into the service station. The service rep told me the car would be there all day because of all the people in front of me. When i scheduled over the phone they told me 1-2 hours. (I thought to myself why have I scheduled an appointment for 9:15 am then if I could have just drove in without an appointment ??? Or did they just schedule lots of people???) . I did not expect that. I had my brother leave work at his corporate office to come get me to take me home so I could then drive my truck to work in SLC as I didn’t want to miss the whole day or even a large chunk of it. As I’m driving to work in my truck, I get a phone call roughly 2 hours after dropping my car off that they are done and I can pick my car up. needless to say... I wasn’t happy about that. We’re not done yet. I had paid $109 months prior at the Ken Garf in Ogden (Riverdale?) for a package of 3 oil changes with tire rotation. So of course about an hour or so after I left my care there I get a voicemail saying they want to charge me $94 for new air and cabin filters. I sort of expected to get hit with some Willy Nilly excuse to charge me money due to having paid another Ken Garf location for that package. I paid the $94 bucks. I suppose with it being so dusty here, the filters may have been warranted but I don’t know that. Finally, my service rep told me she would get my vehicle registration taken care of when I initially dropped my car off. I arrived 15 minutes prior to closing time from work to pick my vehicle up (brother had to pick me up and drop me off again) I find out they have not taken care of my registration and that my service rep had gone home at 4pm. Fortunately, someone else there helped me, after I stood in another line waiting to be helped. I may never go back. The Ken Garf in Ogden was great so i will put that out there. The Orem location however left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.
