Disappointed
Wow, this dealership must do so much business they don't have the want or need give their attention to remote buyers. We were in the middle of closing a deal when we were told by the finance department we would get a call the following day. That never happened (now 3 days later), so we started calling and leaving messages, not only for our finance contact, but the salesman we were dealing with as well. SIX phone messages including one to the general manager, and not a single return call. There is the possibility the gal who answered the phone sounded like we interrupted her afternoon naps and simply didn't deliver our messages. She never offered to take a message or suggest us calling back, we had to essentially ask her to do her job. Her duty, so it seems, lies in stating "they're busy." Truly a disappointing experience! And no, we didn't get the car we wanted to buy.

serviced QX60
Scheduling the appointment was quick on the phone. Had to drive to far for warranty work (live in Ogden). Should be able to go to any Nissan dealership. oil change, rotate tires, replaced three wiper blades, fixed windshield rock chip, installed new software (reprogramed: tcm, ecm), and ordered recall parts for ABS (est is 3 months).

The dealership was very helpful with my transmission...
The dealership was very helpful with my transmission issue. We were having trouble while on the road and called the dealership. The service advisor, Chad Nelson, talked through some options so that I could get from California to the dealership. Once we arrived, they were extremely helpful in diagnosing and verifying that the replacement of the transmission was under warranty and took care of all of the repairs. Chad Nelson was great to work with and very helpful through the whole process.

Absolute joke
BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Recently purchased a car from here and they have screwed me over. My loan amount is way higher than expected and I have called 10 different times to talk to some one and I am getting the run around. No one has called me back. Salesman will not reply to emails. Everytime I call they transfer me and it goes to a full voice mail. This is the most unprofessional dealership I've ever seen.
