Sleazy dealership, be weary!

I have inquired about 2 separate cars over the last couple months. And low and behold both were mistakenly priced!?!? Hmmmmm But of coarse they have others. Poor business practices. Beware.

UPDATE:didn't follow through with deal negotiation

Update to previous review, they reached back out and we made a deal. They did a great job with finalizing this deal, they were very polite and acomidating during the process.

Service department

Took my 2020 Chev Silverado for routine oil and tire rotation plus some factory recall. they told me it will take longer than expected, I explained that I already have a plan for a trip to Dallas with the family. So, immediately Shelby told me she will look to find me a loaner. And was perfect.

changing price

Terrible experience. The dealership scams customers by advertising a price then changing it when you call/get there. Truck online advertised at one price called about it, they refused to honor the price advertised then decided to hang up on me. Be careful they will bait you!

False Advertising

I visit the dealer early in the morning. I confirmed the price with the sales person. After test driving a few other trucks I decided that that’s was the best deal around. I returned later in the evening with my significant other we test drive and it she loved it. They started doing the appraisal in my vehicle and when we sit on the salesman desk, the manager a male identified as “Berto” wrote a number that was over $13000 over. The manager “Berto” blamed the company that is in charge or publishing the price online . The truck was stock no modification or anything. He just say “ They messed up the prices online”. This makes you wonder Are they trustworthy with a $50000 deal? Is it ilegal to provide false advertising in Texas?

Not rocket science !

Charged us for a service that should have been free. Due to the fact that they thought I had brought in another car that I had owned, which was a white 2015 Cruze when I had actually brought in a 2019 red Cruze. The mileage difference between these two cars was also about 80000 miles

Great customer service-Fred Norman

Worked with Fred Norman at the dealership and he was awesome. He answered every question that I had concerning the vehicle I bought. His knowledge of all the ins and outs of the particular vehicle I was looking for was by far the best. He explained all the differences between the vehicles that I looked at and didn’t try to sell me something I wasn’t in the market for. Great and outstanding, definitely one of the most available. Thank you Fred for an awesome job and wonderful customer service.
