I called to set up an appt and immediately spoke with Justin in service. I told him what I needed, and he was able to break down just a ballpark number to help me understand what services are recommended reaching the 100000 mile on my vehicle. Justin set me up with the next available date and time. Upon drop-off, he greeted me, verified everything we spoke about and got some basic information, and took the car in. After servicing Justin, he explained what work was completed and how his team and I were able to save some money. Justin made the process quick and easy.

Great Job All American Chevrolet of Killeen.
Two months ago My Dodge Durango was totaled and I was in need of a new vehicle. It was very hard to find a new vehicle due to the chip shortage and most new vehicles are in Transit. I tried to get a Chevrolet Traverse from All American Chevrolet in Midland Tx advertised at 37,640. It as also in transit and was was ready to give them 1000 to reserve it. Then all of a sudden they raised the price 5000. I told them never mine. I think it is faults advertising. I found one at All American Chevrolet of Killeen. It was also in transit but was not raising the price. I reserved the vehicle. My sells person, Calvin was very professional. He also delivered the vehicle to me 600 miles away. The finance person Michael was also very professional. I give them a A+.

Great service department.
Great service department. Never have any issues getting in and out. Service deals is always going on. Shuttle services is a great way to help out when leaving a vehicle there for extended period of time.
