Horrible service Repair

I waited for nearly 8 weeks for my service repair. This was a warranty repair, approved warranty repair and dealership failed to provide me with a loaner even after approved and Mgr stated they'd provide me one after my vehicle was sitting for almost 2 weeks. Svc advisor failed to communicate during the first several weeks with updates. I still was abligated to pay almost $400 with an approved service repair. All around horrible experience with the service department.

Add On Package Scam

My dealer was pleasant enough but after telling me they would take MSRP on the vehicle they included the "All-American Package" for $2000 that no one in their right mind would ever want. I explained this package had no value for and asked to please remove it. They refused and made buying these worthless dealer add-ons a condition of the sale. They also lied and told me they were "At Cost" when I was offering to pay full MSRP price, so right there we know they are liars.
