Worst service experience.
Worst service experience. I made an appointment and arrived at the dealership at my appointed time. The check in line was very long. When we talked to a check in attendant he said it would be 3 and half hour wait to change our oil. He wasn’t nice,did nothing but make excuses.. Why even make an appointment. Have also had a bad experience with the sales dept. Don’t deal with these guys.

I badly needed shocks which weren't in stock and he swiftly and efficiently had them ordered and installed. He kept me informed by phone and text. I couldn't be happier with my experience! I'm used to taking my car to a Lexus dealer -- but found MY place now with Toyota xx. George. Thanks!!

the staff was super helpful with repairs. i was towed in and had no idea what was wrong with my car but they kept me in the loop and communicated frequently through the process.

Hard to believe that anyone would buy a vehicle from
Hard to believe that anyone would buy a vehicle from Wade. The latest scam is the Icon Gps that not a single person would want and charge the unsuspecting buyer $699.00. They also come up with some crazy monthly payments and don’t like it when questioned. AVOID the Wade auto group like the plague!

Worst car buying experience possible.
Worst car buying experience possible. Negotiated a price and upon return they added $1000 to the sticker price because we were not financing claimed they were not going to add any other fees for her than a simple dealer doc fee. Upon completion of paperwork there was a $700 charge for an icon package that has no value. Avoid this dealership if possible.

Avoid dealership. Added mystery fees to final price and tried to add another $1,000 when discovered we were not financing.
