Bad customer's service
My family bought 3 cars here. Now one of the cars has problem and need to be fixed. I only need 1 copy of the extended warranty so that I can give it to the Ford dealership where I am getting my car fixed. I don't know why they need the paper but Stephen Wade has been doing nothing to help me retrieve the copy of the extended warranty I bought along with the car. Very bad customers service. Maybe all the dealerships are bad, but just cross this Stephen Wade off your list. you might have a better experience with another dealership.

Unhappy customer
In July we purchased a used Ford F250. The following week the check engine light came on,several weeks later we find out that there is over $4000 worth of repairs needed.I am pretty sure they run a diagnostics to see if there are any issues with the vehicle when it is brought in.They ran diagnostics on our trade in so pretty sure they did on the one we purchased as well. My husband is so in love with his truck so we opted to have the repairs done instead of taking it back to Stephen Wade. It was quite a fiasco as this truck is for work not play so we had to rent a vehicle for a week and a half while the repairs were done. I feel like they saw us coming. We have purchased ALL of our vehicles from Stephen Wade so really disappointed with the fact that they let us leave their dealer knowing that truck had issues. Do your homework on the vehicle before you commit,don't trust that they will be honest.

Terrible dealer!
Terrible dealer! I bought 3 new vehicles from them in an 18 month period (3 years ago). I understand the market, but they show NO LOYALTY to return customers. Want to charge dealer markup of $5000 plus on everything. Acting like they are the ONLY game in town. They are NOT! Other more honest dealers are a 2-4 hour drive away. Worth it to save $5000. Since their greedy shenanigans continue, I have purchased 2 new Toyotas (4Runner and a Camry Hybrid) from a MUCH BETTER dealership in SLC. Mark Miller Toyota. They sold me the vehicles for msrp and even better, the finance guy doesn’t add a bunch of mandatory bs like theft recovery, crappy window tint, etc. Often times those “mandatory” fees add up to $700-1200! Do not buy from Stephen wade toyota, unless you like being treated like crap and paying thousands more for the same vehicle. I have a Tundra and Sequoia coming in from Mark Miller Toyota in SLC. Never again from Stephen Wade! I will be buying many many more cars in my lifetime and not a single one will ever come from Stephen Wade Toyota. Ever. Their greed has cost them. I hope it was worth it.

Brian Gates was wonderful to work with. This was our first time purchasing a brand new car ever. I will definitely be back next time we buy another vehicle. I felt like we’ve known him forever. Everyone we had contact with was always nice, helpful and not pushy at all. Clay in financing was great as well.
