New XT4
In a matter of minutes I knew I wanted the xt4. Loved the body style and the drive. I have dealt with Arrowhead Cadillac for many years through sales and excellent service I receive when I bring my vehicle. The car buying experience was very low key and no high pressure at all Thank you Arrowhead Cadillac I think that the sales person was very good at his job but he couldve explained the features more than he did. Make sure if you want specific features to let your salesman know. I missed out on an automated lift gate. I have a handicapped mother and lifting her wheelchair in and out of the trunk is very hard on my back.

DO NOT LEASE ANY CADILLAC HERE...and think about buying !
I leased a 2016 ATS-V on 04/06/2016 turned it in on 03/28/2019 with 6.800 miles showroom condition. On 09/27/2019 I get a letter from GM stating I owe $650.00 for fees that I was not aware or remember, this is SIX MONTHS LATER ! Told by GM it's on the contract, silly me I turned all that paper work with the dealer. dealer states nothing they could do as it's a GM Financial Deal after buying two vehicles from them and I was told at turn in there was nothing else owed or any refunds and never saw a person in the finance office and because of the low mileage and pristine condition including the OEM C/D player I added at MY EXPENSE in their service dept. As I write the check today to GM Financial tomorrow afternoon I'll be taking delivery of my 2019 Lincoln Continental ! After this ordeal and the way I was treated by GM on my 2014 Silverado with a vibration issue that had only 69 miles on it not to mention that they had the truck for five months and put over 1,500 miles on it before they finally realized there was an issue I'm done with anything GM. Government bail outs, Striking workers who learned nothing from 1972. I'm taking my once proud GM sales plaques, eighteen in all and making hot plates of of them.

Thanks Cassandra, It's quite clear that you did not take the time to research this before you posted your response, It's not just GM but Arrowhead Cadillac ! If by chance you ever decide to take the time and research before you post I'd be more then happy to fill in the areas you seem to be confused about.
I took the opportunity to reach out to Ms.Cassandra Balderas with the number provided here and oddly enough it went straight to a voicemail. I then called the dealership directly and was in touch with her promptly. At this time I was told by Ms. Balderas that her responses are generated by a third party and she was totally unaware of what was posted on Dealer Rater. After a nice conversation I was assured she would look into the issue, I clearly stated that I have no agenda and that my goal was that nobody would have to deal with the finger pointing on lease returns because of the policies and procedures set by GM & Arrowhead Cadillac. I'll do my best to update this as when I receive a reply from Ms.Balderas. Sometimes, remembering the past will help in the future !
