I took my CT6 in for repair and my Service Advisor was ready to help me as soon as I pulled up. In addition, he had reserved a loaner vehicle for me. Everything was ready to go and I was in/out and on my way back home in just a few minutes.

Each year we go on two to three 4,000 mile trips and we drive with confidence after Jim Buckner, our service advisor, coordinates the service on our vehicle with the fine team of mechanics at Arrowhead. Jim is friendly courteous, and always takes the time to answer questions and explain what was done on our vehicle. We find all of the Arrowhead staff to be pleasant and courteous and their facility is always clean and neat. The customer waiting area is pleasant and comfortable.

HOWEVER, 5 DAYS LATER(SAT AND SUNDAY INCLUDED) I RECEIVED A DISCOUNT MAILING IN MAIL DISCOUNTING SERVICE I HAD DONE. COULD HVE SAVED BIG BUCKS. I HAVE PURCHASED 5/6 CADILLACS FROM LUND/ARROWHEAD(MIKE MARTIN WAS SALESPERSON FORALL 5/6 CARS). ALL SERVICE WAS DONE BY LUND/ARROWHEAD. I THINK DEALERSHIP SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A HEADS UP. COULD HAVE DELAYED MY SERVICE ONE WEEK.
