Brought in my CX5 for a scheduled maintenance. Received great service from the staff who are always cordial. Nice to receive a video from the technician. Easy wait and enjoyed the coffee/water in waiting area. Coming from a distance I haven't been disappointed yet bringing my SUV here.

More expensive than a regular shop. No coffee or tv in the waiting room. They keep bugging me to write a review. Brake and tire replacement are overpriced. You have to ask to use their online coupon or they will overcharge you.

Very hesitant about coming in to get my car serviced because I was given wrong information in the past about if my free services that I purchased with the car expire. Also in the past, I had a problem with my key not reacting with my car and the guy said he would fix it and never did. This service, Sebastian helped me out and was very professional and listened to all my concerns. He helped me fix my key and didn’t make any remarks about me asking for the Lyft services like the guy did my previous service visits. Thanks Sebastian for helping and showing you care for customers!

Great experience and service! Easy wait, everyone was polite, competent and professionally organised, especially service manager Aaron! I even had an opportunity to watch a video of my car being checked and serviced! Spacious waiting room, bathrooms are very clean - I felt safe being inside.
