Dolan Lexus

When I first began going to Dolan Lexus for periodic service on my 2000 LS, I did not pay attention to the random service personnel, accepting whomever was presented. Then I encountered William Vallejo. Now I wonder how I ever had peace of mind about my maintenance before. William is the most conscientious fellow I have ever dealt with in this line of work; he treats me and my car almost as if it were his. I couldn't ask for better treatment!

I recently had an accident that pretty much wiped out alot of things such as cruise control accident prevention system and such. When I took it to Dolan Lexus I was given Maharlika De Vera. I have always had great service at Dolan but I felt Maharlika went above and beyond she basically took over problem she talked to my insurance company and is currently working on getting everything fixed. She made sure I was taken care of and got me transportation home. She always had a big smile she is definitely one reason I will always return to Dolan Lexus of Reno.

Brought my new GX in for it's first service. Process was super easy. Kieran was great and made the experience quite pleasant.
