The guys are Dolan Lexus were really great. They were professional and courteous when I was dealing with them. I would highly recommend them to people who want to buy a Lexus automobile.

We had a great experience at Dolan Lexus. We are from CA and had some service work done a few years ago when we were in the area and left very impressed. Fast forward two years and we find ourselves in the market for a new Lexus. We met Zachary Hochman on a cold call and we're certainly pleased that we did! He was outstanding, listening to what we were looking for and kept us in the loop while searching for our perfect car. We are now the proud owners of a 2022 NX350H and couldn't be happier. Unlike other dealerships who are taking advantage of the current shortage to mark up prices or include superfluous add-ons, Dolan sells at MSRP and gave us a fair price on our trade in. In addition to the excellent service by Zac, Matt Foat in Finance and Jake in tech were also outstanding. The dealership is conveniently located, clean and very upscale with a no pressure attitude. We highly recommend!

As usual, the people at Dolan were wonderful. Their Uber service is very considerate and obviously customer oriented. Kieran Tavey handled everything perfectly. It is all very convenient.

Erica my service representative was nice, got me in on short notice, and they got the work done. Typical for Lexus! One item on their very complete review of deferred maintenance, they quoted $1,738 for a right side fog light assembly. $9 bulb was all it needed, installed at home. Brake work done well, my 2003 LX470 was treated with kid gloves. Erica got me a loaner when they had to keep my car overnight. And, I’m on Dolan Lexus’s Christmas Card list! :^)

I took our 2012 Lexus RX 350 In for it’s 100,000 mile service and to replace the front and rear brakes. Kieran Tavey, our service writer had everything so well organized and the job was excellent, especially those new brakes. I found myself suddenly not feeling well and Kieran Arrange to have the car delivered to my home when the work was finished. We live in Tahoe City. First class service is what we always get from the service department at Dolan Lexus.

I went in last minute for a quick car wash and was checked in and out so fast! Love the perks you get when you buy a Lexus from Dolan!
