NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!!
Brand new car was sold to me with a scratch on the navigation screen. Once I discovered it, it took hours of my time with phone calls and emails to get it replaced. I was treated poorly, spoken rudely to, HUNG UP ON and even accused of scratching the screen myself. Car was not detailed, tape was left on the windows, dirt all over the door panels. Employees are rude and condescending. No one knows what's going on. There is no communication between departments. I cannot believe that I spent over $20,000.00 at Lithia Hyundai of Reno and was treated the way I was. I do not even want the car anymore and wish Nevada had a rescission law. NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE.

I could not be any happier. The experience was great with no undue pressure. The staff from the two salesman to the man who did the financing paperwork were all very professional.

Great experience
I had a wonderful experience with Lithia Hyundai of Reno. First off, my husband and I got greeted by Matt, but everyone else greeted with a smile and had the door open and ready for us to walk into the dealership. Matt was awesome in helping us find the perfect car for our family of 4. Also, JJ was very helpful and offered to explain how to use BlueLink with my car. All in all, I really appreciate how nice and friendly the staff is at Lithia Hyundai, and would definitely recommend them for anyone's future auto purchases/needs.

Great staff, affordable vehicles
Although I came to this dealership looking for a used vehicle, I drove off in a brand new 2017 Tucson for only a bit more. The salesman was very professional and was able to find the right vehicle for me. This includes one that handles in bad weather, and also accommodates my height. I would recommend visiting Lithia Hyundai if your looking for a new car. The staff is very friendly and even helped get the insurance set-up.
