Excellent customer service

I dreaded even the thought of going to a car lot and dealing with salespeople. The transmission went out in my car so I knew I had to get another vehicle soon. My daughter told me to go see Dustin at Lithia. Dustin and Ali were so amazing, I still cannot believe I got a 2014 Hyundai Accent with low mileage, a 10 year 120,000 bumper to bumper warranty, with very little down and my monthly payments are 50.00 a month LESS (yes, less) than my max I was able to pay. I cannot thank Dustin, Ali, Mr. Wolpe and Lithia for everything they did to make my vehicle purchase the easiest, stress free experience I've ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Thank you all again.

Better experience this time around

I purchased a 2015 Sonata and feel cheated from that experience; salesman high pressured for me to pay more than what the car was worth. I didn't think I would ever do business with LIthia Hyundai again. But Joe and JJ were able to demonstrate fairness in price and provided exactly what I was looking for. Joe and JJ are the reason why I give a good review.

Went in for an Oil Change came away with a NEW CAR

I recently moved to Reno NV and needed an Oil Change for my 2013 Elantra - Was greeted at the door and told of a new program for buying back my Elantra ... Worked with some GREAT Guys! No pressure, they just gave me the options and I jumped on it! I now have a car that will be Great in the snow and more room for my Grand Children ... Loving my new Tucson!!

Genesis G80

Great service and great car. Highly recommend Lithia Hyundai of Reno. We had visited a dealership in a neighboring town. The experience at the other dealership was less than professional. We were very pleased and relieved when we visited the Reno dealership. No regrets.
