Awesome!

I knew what I wanted after researching on line and worked with Chris to make sure the car was still available and it was. I made an appointment and he and the car were waiting for me. The process was clean and simple and I was on my way with my new car in a matter of hours!

Easy to work with...

Easy to work with sales person. Presented options based on my stated needs. Met my requirements regarding pricing, financing, warranty, promotions, etc. Introduced me to service staff. Got me set up and ready to roll!!!

Fun with Tucson

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had, and I've had quite a few. The staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and always ready and willing to help me understand all phases of my purchases. An added note to the creators of this survey: I resent the fact that I have to write a minimum 25 word review in order to complete the survey. Get a life.

Hyundai Tucson

Great dealership! Employees are friendly and personable. I was very pleased with doing business with Jesse. He was honest, informative and has a great personality. Like I stated before, we chose to get my vehicle in Reno because of how awesome our initial experience with Jesse was instead of purchasing a car in Vegas (which is where I live).

Purchase of our 2016 Hyundai Accent

This service shop was also great with handling the arrival of my disabled car, and estimate to repair. Finding out the timing belt was gone, they gave us plenty of time to figure out what to do... repair or purchase. We decided to purchase a new vehicle, and it was one of the easiest processes we have ever gone through. The hardest part was finding someone to junk the car, which we finally did! Maybe the dealer might have a backup plan for buyers like ourselves. And despite paying the $125 estimate, we are still very pleased with this dealer!

New Tucson

I had a 2013 Sonata before getting the Tucson. I really loved the new car but was very disappointed when it needed a part before I even drove it away.

The 2017 Santa few that had to be replaced

After I was towed in theyour had a loaner ready that they reloaded for me. They were fabulous. Dylan made it all happen but his staff was always there.

First time buyer

As a first time buyer I expected to receive higher prices and interest rate. They work well with first time buyers. Great service and prices. Would definitely work with Hyundai of Reno again.
