A luxury car dealer experience

This visit was among the most enjoyable experiences I've ever had at a car dealership. After going over what my car needed with the service writer I visited with Joe their "upgrade" specialist. Joe set me up with one of the product specialists who let me preview the new Genesis G80, I took it for a spin and by the time I returned they had my options all drawn up for me. Although I didn't upgrade on that day, when my lease is up in October I know where I'm headed for a hassle-free deal!

Fast and efficient

I came in for a recall software update that was scheduled for 1 hour. The total time from check in to walking out the door was less then 40 minutes. Can't beat that!

Positive

I will be able to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great experience and a great vehicle. There was no high pressure throughout the process, they took their time with me and let me drive the vehicle on the freeway and around town to really get a get feel for it. I came back three times before I was able to make the final decision. I'm glad to have my new Azura, love it!

The only thing that could have been approved was the waiting time when the car was being washed. That was about a 45 minute wait.

Awesome car at a price I could afford!

I had been working with Cody Panzer for over a year for a specific car, with a specific payment range and down payment, etc. Cody kept in touch with me about my progress for finding a vehicle, but was never pushy. He knew what I wanted and was keeping an eye out for the perfect car. When one came in, he called to see if I was still interested and we set up an appointment. This was my second car purchase with this dealership. It's never super fun to buy a car with all the haggling, but this was super easy. Would definitely recommend Lithia Hyundai Reno and absolutely ask for Cody Panzer to assist you!

Great Team

Great experience. The men I worked with made me feel very comfortable and happy with my purchase. They gave me very good suggestions to help me with my decision. I feel all of them had great communication and knew exactly what was going on with my deal. I didn't have to explain and re-explain. I felt like I was important and not just a number.
