On Friday, April 18, 2025, I took my 2017 GLE350 Mercedes

On Friday, April 18, 2025, I took my 2017 GLE350 Mercedes to W.I. Simonson for a routine service and to have a problem with its interior lights fixed. The service writer, Gore Srmabekian, explained the service to be performed and the additional diagnostic work needed to isolate the lighting problem. Throughout the day Gore kept me informed about the progress being made and assured me that everything was being done to complete the diagnostic work and fix the problem before the end of the day. Unfortunately, the problem turned out to be more complicated than Gore first thought and involved disassembling the dashboard, thus necessitating that the car remained over the weekend. Gore was extremely apologetic and assured me that the problem would be fixed the following Monday. On Monday, Gore called to inform me that the technician had found the problem and fixed it, but it would be Tuesday before all the interior parts were reinstalled. On Tuesday, the work was completed, and I was able to pick the car up. When I arrived, Gore was extremely apologetic about the inconvenience and delay. To show his appreciation for my patience, Gore waived the diagnostic fee (a savings of more than $300) and charged me only for the routine service. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered that the center console stowage compartment would not open. I called Gore and he arrange to have the problem fixed the following Friday. At mid-day Gore called to inform me that additional parts needed to be ordered from Germany, and the car would not be ready. Finaly, on May 9th, the needed part arrived and was quickly installed. Although this experience was an inconvenience necessitating numerous trips back and forth to the service center, the courtesy and professionalism Gore showed me was above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did Simonson waive the cost of the new part and the labor to install it but treated me to Uber rides back and forth to my home each time.

Great experience all around.

Great experience all around. Super helpful service and a very good deal with very little hassle or waiting. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Mercedes.
