Great service and great sales people as always. This is my 5th car at this dealership and Shawn Farahmand and his team are the best sales team you'll event meet. They make buying a car so easy and so quick. Overall, fantastic service and I'll be back soon for another car.

This dealership really does value its customers.

This dealership really does value its customers. I bought a CPO in August of 2024 and just yesterday, an EQB. They really do value the loyalty of repeating customers. I will no doubt return for a third time when my lease is up. I highly recommend purchasing/leasing from W.I. Simonson in Santa Monica.

Just purchased a CPO and after guaranteeing quality of

Just purchased a CPO and after guaranteeing quality of the work I come to find that 1 tire is much lower in tread depth than the other 3 much newer tires. It's is different enough to the point that i need to replace that one tire. Then at the tire shop they found that another tire had a bulge in the sidewall and is unsafe to drive and needs replacement again. This seems unacceptable from a Mercedes quality CPO vehicle and dealership. After sending emails notifying them I was ignored.
