I knew the Sales Manager Hamed at W.I.Simonson when I had my Car three years ago, I went back last week to see the new models EQE 2024, As usual he was very polite, professional, and patient, he has explained to me everything transparently what I need to know the pros and cons of the newer models . The first salesperson ghosted me after a few messages but Farid followed up and did a tremendous job communicating throughout the purchase process. The car is as good as advertised, though the external detailing left something to be desired with dirt lines inside each door. Nice facility, limited pressure from the finance guy, and excellent service from the sales staff. Ultimately a good experience overall, once they reimburse me for the travel to the dealership!
