We were looking for a used Mercedes, which we did end up buying there, but in spite of the sales staff. Felt like they were playing games with us the whole time, deliberately wasting our time, trying to push expensive and unnecessary upsells and then insulting our intelligence when we said no. All the bad things about a car dealership, I expected more from Mercedes. Had better service at Mazda and the used car lot in Florida. Very disappointing. Will never go back.

First off Samy at Wi Simonson is fantastic! I just happed to stop by WIO Simonson on my way back home from an appointment to see if I liked the GLS. While the 580 was great, when Samy brought down the GLS 63 it was on a different as most AMGs are. Samy definitely provided white glove service bringing the documents to be signed out to my house as we are about 50 miles away from the dealership. Raul the sales manager was also great to work with. I highly recommend Samy if you are in the market for a Mercedes.
