Nick was fabulous. On time, thoughtful. Knowledgeable. At the end of my service, my car was washed... I trust my dealership and the the guys who work there.

INITIALLY FAILED TO RETURN REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

I put a deposit down on a car in November. The dealership did not follow up with me regarding the car so I ended up purchasing it elsewhere. Despite calling, emailing and re-calling and re-emailing Andrew over a 4 233k period to get my deposit back, it never was received, so I had to escalate it. Thus, this dealership has bad business practices. Buyers beware!

had good selection of coffees, but no donuts.... really... need to have donuts for early am appointments! People could not be nicer; car service completed in less time then expected.

Fast, efficient service. Needed 3rd service. Service advisor was professional and handled my request with no hassle. Promised time was on point. Provided a complimentary ride to and from dealership. Went out of way to provide complimentary Uber ride for pickup when their own car was not available for my designated time of pickup.

Mercedes E350 annual service

Service advisor was missing in action. I was advised that the car would be serviced and ready for pick-up same day. On arrival I was advised that the vehicle was not ready and needed additional repairs for which the service advisor could not provide an estimate of the additional cost. He said he would provide this information the next day. Next day I called him three times, one text and one email with no response from him. The next day, without any contact from the service manager when I went to pick up tha car, I was told that the paper work was not available and I had to wait approximately 20 to 30 minutes before the service advisor met with me and advised me of the proposed additional cost for the repairs. I refused to have the additional repairs done and requested to pay for the services performed. Part of the service as promised was to wash the car when it was to be returned to me. It was not washed. It took me approximately 1.5 hours at the service center to pay for and get the ar returned to me.
