AWESOME FIRST EXPERIENCE

This was my first experience buying a car and I don't think I could have asked for a better one. Zac did an awesome job of helping me find exactly what I needed. He had done some previous research for me on what would be my best option and was very prepared when I arrived. He was very patient and informative with all of the questions I asked about each of the cars. He and other employees made my experience very personable and exciting! I also appreciated their urgency for me. He new I was anxious about getting a new car and made it happen the night I came in. Since purchasing the car Zac has made sure everything is working well and keeps in touch with me about anything with the car. I would recommend Deery Brothers of Ames to anyone and if you're looking for an awesome guy for help give Zac a call! He's fabulous!

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

I had a really good experience buying my first car. Zac helped me find the car that would fit most perfectly to my needs after graduation. He did an awesome job being realistic with my price range and was very patient and informative with all of the question I asked him. My experience was very personable and I love my new car. Deery Brothers of Ames takes care of you and I felt very good about my car!

Great service experience

I took my wife's jeep in for service and the service department was extremely polite, courteous, friendly and very helpful. The work was going to take a little over a day and I was able to get a loaner vehicle as I was traveling for a business trip that evening. I have 3 jeeps in my household and will most definitely use Deery Brothers of Ames for service again. I live in Urbandale, but will definitely make the trip to Ames and when the time comes again in the near future, to purchase another jeep.

Overall Great Experience

When I walked into Deery Brothers I was greeted by Alex Feaker. I knew I wanted a midsized vehicle and that was about it. He showed me the 200, 300, Dart, and Avenger and was very patient with me and explained the pros and cons of each one without bias. As a bigger guy I wanted a vehicle with leg room and head room, and Alex recommended the Avenger. I fell in love with it instantly. Although it is a mid-size car I still had plenty leg room, and all the bells and whistles I was looking for. I went for a test drive and decided that it was the car for me. As a first time car buyer, Alex led me through the process and was ready to answer all of my questions. I stopped in at about closing time on Tuesday and by Wednesday afternoon I was driving off the lot in my new Avenger. Overall it was a great experience for me and there is nothing like the feeling of owning a new car.

Great service above and beyond

I went to look at an as is vehicle the battery had to be jump started for the test drive they said they would clean up the battery terminals as they had corrosion. They did that and rechecked the amps on battery and since they were still low replaced the entire battery. My husband and I absolutely plan on going there again when we need a vehicle.

fast and friendly service

quick service easy to get time for service. didnt wash or vac car and didnt explain anything about what was done or if anything needed done

Very helpful

I called early on a Saturday morning to have my car looked at - driver window would not go up. They had me come right in to check it out and were able to fix it within 20 minutes. They had the part in the shop. Even if they weren't able to fix it that morning, they were going to try to get the window up to get me through the weekend since the weather was very cold. I was very pleased with the customer service. It's so nice to have a Chrysler/Dodge dealer in Ames again.

Excellent service!

I made an appointment and brought my 2008 Caliber in for the 5 year drivetrain inspection and also asked to have an oil change, tires rotated and a 21 point inspection done. Although it was toward the end of the workday, Donny and his crew got everything accomplished. The facilities were well lit and clean and the service was very professional.

Slow service

I took my pickup for repair on Monday morning and it was not ready until Saturday morning. I always seem to get same day service at George White Chevrolet even without an appointment
