Phoned to get an estimate for mounting & balancing 4 new tires; $80.00 When we arrived, our appointment had 'disappeared' and the cost was $195.00; we did not want to shop around again and said ok; they reduced it to $171.00 but still not close to cost over the phone...was told that cost was only if we purchased the tires there, yet no mention over the phone, in fact, if we had purchased the tires there, we would not have been phoning for a cost in the first place, as that would have been in place with the tire order. American Tire: $80.00 Gosch Toyota: $90.00

Nate was a great salesperson who made the car shopping experience a breeze. He showed me all the cars I wanted to see and worked with finance and management to get a great deal. This is my second car purchase from this dealership and they continue to provide exceptional service.
