Jeremy Criego arrogant manager

I had a very bad unpleasant, unprofessional, discourtesy, rudeness, brusqueness, impoliteness service with the general manager Jeremy Criego. I do not recommend this car dealer.

worst service ever

I bought a used car the next day it was making noises I took it back the loan wasn't approve yet so I told them to give me my money back Ramiro from finance gave me is word on giving me my money back the net day I went for it and they told be there was no going back that the bank had already approved it they offered me another car and I got it the next day the bumper was coming off ridiculous.. I had to argue with them so I could get it fixed they said used cars come like that so please if your looking to buy a used car there don't go ..don't make the same mistake I did

Lack of integrity and LAZY !

We purchased a certified used vehicle from here. It took 4 months for them to process paperwork with the DMV to get my license plates. The finance associate said he would only send out a credit inquiry to two creditors since I had excellent credit. A month later I checked my credit report and found they had submitted to over 15 different banks ! Only positive was the sales associate was great, but he was quickly replaced by a sales manager when we started negotiating pricing. I will never return for service or any future purchases again.

2014 Toyota Tacoma

Problems with clad wheels (PLASTIC) has scratches from molding. Spoke with Jeremy Service Manager, he HANGED UP on me....believe that customer service, pissssss pooooooor. I have been trying to reach with Gen Manager Anthony Caridi, 5 calls 5 emails still no answer I guess the customer service is inherited in that dealership...my checklist to be checked by dealer prior to delivery was never filled out, wiper were stuck to windshield, and a dent on roof.....not a good experience, but the gull and lack of care from these individuals is worse.

Lacking in customer service

Recently inquired (June 2014) about a 2012 Rav4 on your website and was quoted a price by Maggie. When I followed up about 2 weeks later, with Maggie at Toyota of the Desert regarding the availability of the vehicle, she never even bothered to answer my two emails about the vehicle. Have since purchased a Rav4 2012 at another dealership. Her failure to at least advise if the vehicle was still available resulted in your loss in this instant purchase and for future reference. Rose San Diego, Ca.
