I'm from Los Angeles area, This dealership was the only one with my specific car ( Scion FR-S ) My initial reaction was to how large this place is. I was able to do most of the paperwork over the phone with minimal trouble which was extremely helpful. Over all I am extremely satisfied and will recommending anyone in this area to stop on by Toyota Scion of the Desert!

My husband and I where shopping for vehicle being first time buyers I had no idea how credit works. I was contacted by the Internet department. Very nice lady Mariposa explain to me how credit works. I was a little afarid to move forward but after a few days of Mariposa working really hard for my husband and I. We got a bank to give us a loan. VERY HAPPy about that. We drove off with a older Camry that fit our price budget. Overall this was my first time buying a car and it was nothing like what people have told me about "dealerships" I'm very happy and so is my little family. Thank you Toyota of the Desert

This is my 7th car from this dealership as I see everybody is listing how many cars they bought here. This is my first out of two sales experience for trying to buy this one car. I have to say only 2 out of 7 cars that I have purchased from this dealership were the best experience. This is the first experience, I get to the dealership at around 7:30am looking at the car I want which is a 2012 Toyota Corolla LE with white exterior and Ash (gray) interior a guy pulls up about 5mins. later, says he is the best sales person at this dealership I say well the early bird catches the worm, not anymore. After he finds what i'm looking for, then I test drive it, then its time for the paper work by now its 8:30am its been an hour that's ok, this is what happened he sat me down at is desk, he sat in a chair next to me then some other guy comes in and he's the "price negotiator" while I am fighting for good monthly estimate the person whose suppose to be dealing with this guy says he's the "best sales man their" is sitting next to me drinking coffee watching me fight with this guy for a good deal unbelievable!!! after a wasted time this was its been 10am I was there for 2.5 hours and nothing got done I am finished with this dealership I'm going to make the extra miles too I10 Toyota!!! It's really sad when the bathrooms are better than the sales representatives!!!!!!!!!!
