Failed follow through.

I am on my second dealer tag have called regarding this and return calls. Dealer tag expires on the 7/4 how can they fix this now. I will be unable to drive my vehicle I almost certain

Worst experience I ever had buying a car.

Worst experience I ever had buying a car. Finance manager just pulled numbers out of the air. I purchased a car i wasn't looking at and then a week later found out I could of gotten the vehicle I was interested in with trading the 2 cars in. I got screwed out of the tax money because the finance manager kept saying the numbers.wont work. Would never recommend this dealer to anyone very disappointing. I purchased 3 cars here in the past guess that doesn't mean to them helping a repeat customer. They lost my business.

I appreciated the no haggle pricing.

I appreciated the no haggle pricing. Our salesman Jean was attentive and very transparent. After having experienced a few other dealerships, we are glad to have made this one our final destination!

wonderful staff

great experience and an excellent atmosphere. have bought two cars, a 2022 jetta s and recently a 2023 gti 40th edition. salesmen are friendly and helpful and are excited to help you in any way and make sure youre taken good care of.

Amazing Service!

I bought a VW Taos from Napleton and i love it! My family and i worked with Morris to find the car that worked best for me. he was incredibly knowledgeable about the car and was able to tell us all about it, beyond the basics. he was very kind and has continued to check in with us to make sure everything is running smoothly. it was a great experience!
