He helped me know everything about the dealership and the services as well as making sure I knew all the ins and outs of the car before I left the lot. I recently purchased a 2010 Chevrolet Colorado. Tim Ritter was my salesman. Less than a year ago I purchased a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria. Tim was my salesman at that time also. I found Tim to be honest and helpful on both occasions. I basically knew what vehicle I wanted to purchase when I entered the dealership and Tim did not try to sell me something else. I have purchased several vehicles within the past 52 years and I found the buying of a vehicle at this dealership to be a pleasant experience. Last month, I purchased a 2014 Chevy Spark from Bill Cram Chevrolet. My sales person was Tim Ritter, who proved to be very pleasant and well informed about the vehicle.
