Thank You Bill Cram and Tim Ritter

I decided to purchase a new 2013 Silverado and started looking around at different places. I stopped at Bill Cram's to ask questions. Tim Ritter came up and asked if he could help me. I left with a new truck. Tim was very friendly and answered all my questions and the price was what I wanted to pay. A relaxed, no pressure experience.

Tim Ritter salesman is exceptional

This dealership is customer friendly curious and meets the news of all. They are not just a dealership that I trust they are friend to my family. The sales and service dept are honest hardworking and accommodating. I highly recommend this dealership to friends family and acquaintances that are in need if a new or used high quality vehicle .

Mr. and Mrs. Todd Washburn

We went into Bill Crams in Waterloo at 7:30 at night with the intent of looking at a Chevrolet Equinox. We were virtually met at the doors by Tim Ritter, a very nice young gentleman who was extremely courteous and helpful. We were able to drive our new vehicle away the very next day with no glitches or difficulties. I hope that when we go back to Crams to get Todd a new truck, Tim Ritter will be there waiting for us. I can't imagine a better representative for Crams.

Buying our car

My husband and I had an excellent experience buying our Chevy Spark from Tim Ritter at Bill Cram Chevrolet. We felt blown away by their excellent customer service and have always felt comfortable in addressing any issues that could happen with a car and it's maintenance. We would definitely buy another car from Tim if the need arises but for now we are happy with the Spark and the money we save in gas costs!

Excellent Customer Service

Last summer, I went to Bill Cram's dealership in search of a pick-up truck and Tim Ritter was able to find exactly what I needed. From test driving to finalizing papers and drop off of the truck, Tim was an excellent help and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle whether new or used to go see Tim Ritter at Bill Cram Chevrolet in Seneca Falls. Every detail is discussed and every question is answered within the sales and services departments. I have been there to service my truck and have been very happy and pleased with the work they have done. Highly respected.

Great Experience

I have purchased two cars at Bill Crams in Seneca Falls. My salesman, Tim Ritter, was very helpful, and knowledgeable. Any questions I had he answered, or helped get answers for me. I am really pleased with my purchases, and plan to continue being a patron at this facility.

Great Service, Friendly, and Helpful

We have worked with Bill Cram Chevrolet for both purchasing and leasing vehicles, and each time they have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will certainly be repeat customers when it comes time to trade in our current vehicles.

Great place to do business

Tim Ritter was very knowledgeable and courteous. We feel we got a great deal and service is always very good. We have done business with Bill Cram's for years and their new facility is very comfortable and there was no high pressure. Everyone is very down to earth. We wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. As a matter of fact my husband's Dad was a very loyal customer and we have kind of carried on the tradition.

Enjoyable, stress free car buying experience

I recently purchased a new 2014 Chevrolet Equinox from Bill Cram Chevrolet. The overall experience was excellent. My salesperson was very helpful and patient during the entire process. When I first visited the dealership I had not decided on the exact vehicle I was looking for. The salesperson showed me several vehicles I was interested in and took me on test drives in my final two choices. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all my questions. When I finally decided on a vehicle, the necessary paperwork, vehicle preparation and delivery process went very smoothly.

Kristy was PERFECT!

Kristy really was perfect, she made the process very easy. She took the time to understand my needs in both new and used. Our time was not wasted. I will definitely send my friends and family to see Kristy. I just loved her, very knowledgable and friendly.
